Steven Cozza and his great team helped us find our new home and later helped us sell our old home. We were very happy with every aspect of these transactions. Steven, Jeanette, Kelly and all the others that work with this group are professional, personable, modern, extremely capable and always responsive to client needs. On a scale of 1-5, we rate them a solid 6+!

I really enjoyed working with Kelly, on both the purchase and sale side of this move. Kelly was extremely creative and helped move things forward whenever we ran into difficulties. Couldn't have pulled this off without her. Thanks Cozza Team…

I recently had the pleasure of working with Katie Vormelker from Compass in Sonoma, and I cannot overstate how exceptional my experience was. From our initial conversation to the final closing of my new home, Katie's professionalism, responsiveness, and expertise were simply unparalleled. Katie's responsiveness was lightning-fast, ensuring that all my questions and concerns were addressed in real-time, which was crucial given my busy work schedule and remote location. Her comprehensive knowledge of the Sonoma real estate market was invaluable, providing me with the insights needed to make informed decisions quickly. What truly sets Katie apart are h...

I have purchased two houses and sold one with the Cozza Team. Good real estate agents are a mix of a jungle trail guide, boat captain and family mediator. Steve in particular excels at all of these, he is fun to find good real estate deals with, and a very good listener. Both of the houses we purchased had many offers and went far over the asking price, but Steve was an effective bargainer and landed the deal against higher offers for us. He also knows when the client (me) is starting to get nervous, and doesn't push when it would be in the interest of a real estate agent to do so. In the pursuit of one house, it begin to look like a money pit, so S...

I had a great experience working with Kelly Valera! She’s truly a partner in that she works to understand what you are looking for in a home, balancing the market, your budget and what you envision for the type of home you want to make for you and your family. She’s invested, honest and works tirelessly for her clients. Totally recommend!

I cannot be happier about my choice to work with Steven and his team. As a first time home buyer I was a bit nervous and uneducated about the whole process, but Steven and Jeannette were extremely kind and supportive from start to finish. Both of them were particularly skilled in giving me advice about each house I saw without overly influencing my decisions. This way I could go with my gut, but felt informed when doing so. I also loved partnering with them because of their long history of giving back to the community in so many charitable ways. I highly recommend the Cozza team, and when it's time for me to sell the house I am now in (hopefully man...

Katie Vormelker was one of the Compass real estate agents who helped me buy my home in Windsor and they made the whole process easy for me as I was overwhelmed with the work that first had to be done on the home to make it livable. Katie presents herself as poised and professional and her calm demeanor helped me during a stressful day.

Steven and Jeanette are friendly knowledgeable with excellent insights into the current and future real estate market trends. Steven made spot on recommendations which further attracted interest in our property, getting $35,000 over asking price. Highly recommended!

Navigating buying a home in the bay-area is no small feet, the market here is extremely competitive, and the inventory is sparse. But as first time home buyers Steven made the whole process feel almost effortless. His expert knowledge and and guidance throughout this process is something that my partner and I are truly grateful for. He goes above and beyond for his clients because he truly cares about this community. If you are looking to buy a home in the Petaluma area there is no better choice than Team Cozza as your realtor!
